KARACHI: Sindh High Court will hear former President and Army Chief Pervez Musharraf's petition to remove his name from the Exit Control List (ECL) on Wednesday (today), ARY News reports.
A petition was filed by Pervez Musharraf on Monday to remove his name from the ECL. It is stated in the petition that he needs to visit his ailing mother in Dubai.
It was further stated that he cannot visit her as he is forbidden to leave the country which is a violation of basic human rights.
Earlier, SHC had issued notices to federal government of Pakistan and Federal Investigation Authority (FIA) to file their answers.
