ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Mian Mohammad Nawaz Sharif on Saturday approved the extension of 4-month in the tenure of Pakistan Cricket Board’s (PCB) interim committee, ARY News reported.
Ministry of Inter Provincial Coordination (IPC), which oversees sports affairs in Pakistan, will soon issue the notice for extension, sources said.
Following the extension Najam Sethi will remain the Chairman PCB for four more months.
Najam Sethi was reinstated third time as the Chairman PCB on May 21, 2-day after the Islamabad High Court (IHC) restored Zaka Ashraf on the post.
