MITHI: A murder case was filed against Rangers personnel here on court orders, ARY News reports.
A person named Mir Nasir Talpur was allegedly killed by Rangers firing. Although a case was filed but Police failed to arrest any of the accused persons.
Police said that Mir Nasir Talpur, along with his brother Mir Sajjad Talpur and relative Mir Mohammad Ali Talpur was passing near Neblo Check Post when Rangers opened fire at them without any questioning.
Nasir Talpur was killed on the spot whereas Mohammad Ali Talpur was wounded.
On the other hand, Rangers said that the Talpurs opened fire at them when the para-military force stopped them from hunting near the border area but were killed in the retaliatory fire.
