ISLAMABAD: Army Chief General Raheel Sharif in his helicopter reached Prime Minister House to meet Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, ARY News reported on Tuesday. 

Director General ISI Lt. General Zaheerul Islam and other military officers have also reached Prime Minister House for a meeting.  

Earlier, it was reported that Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has deferred a scheduled meeting with the Army Chief and the D.G. ISI, on national security, which has likely to discuss the future of former military ruler Pervez Musharraf. 

Earlier, Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif chaired a meeting of ruling Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz attended by the party stalwarts including Minister of Defence Khawaja Asif, Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali, Information Minister Pervaiz Rashid, Sardar Mehtab Abbasi, Irfan Siddiqui, Khawaja Zaheer, Shahid Khaqan Abbasi and Ahsan Iqbal. 

Prime Minister's meeting with General Raheel Sharif and D.G. ISI likely to discuss the Musharraf issue, talks with the Taliban and other issues pertaining to national security.

The counsel of Pervez Musharraf has filed a request in the Ministry of Interior to remove his name from the Exit Control List to travel abroad in order to meet his ailing mother.
