MADRID: Real Madrid and Bayern Munich will square off against each other in the first leg of their UEFA Champions League semi-final at Santiago Bernabeu Stadium in Madrid on Wednesday night (tonight), ARY News reports.
Real Madrid will be playing the semi finals of UEFA Champions League for the fourth time. Captain Cristiano Ronaldo has been declared fit and will be seen in action.
According to Coach Carlo Ancelotti, a fitness test of Ronaldo will be held prior to the match.
This is the fifteenth time that the two teams are playing against each other. Bayern Munich has remained unbeaten at their home for the last fifteen games and will be looking to a hat trick of victories against the Spanish team.
It should also be noted that the Munich has beaten Madrid in four out of last five semi-finals and have lost only three matches in the entire season.
Each of the sides has players that can help their side win matches. It remains to be seen that who the fortune favors.
